TRAVEL GUIDE

Planning your stay: arrival, transport and local arrangements

A comfortable stay starts with a few practical arrangements: where you will stay, how you will reach it and what you need on arrival. Keep these details together so that travel days are straightforward.

Arrival and accommodation

Confirm your accommodation’s address and check-in arrangements, especially for a late arrival. Share the full destination with the transfer team and keep your host’s contact details available.

Getting around during your stay

Plan airport journeys, local outings and onward connections around your group and luggage. For several stops or a larger party, send the team your planned itinerary so transport requirements can be discussed in advance.

Planning a longer visit

Arrange property, school and immigration matters directly with the relevant provider or a qualified independent adviser. Ask for written terms and charges. Our entry and arrival guide links to official visa and TDAC information; arranging a transfer does not include an immigration or property service.

Discussing travel arrangements with documents on a desk

Keep the essentials handy

Save your accommodation details, flight number, transfer information and the contacts you may need on arrival. For help with a transfer, contact our team with your dates, pickup point, destination and group size.

Follow the meeting instructions on your booking confirmation.
