A little help before you travel

How do I choose the right vehicle?

Compare passenger and suitcase limits. Advise us of excess or oversized luggage in advance so we can arrange a larger vehicle or multiple vehicles for your group.

What does the fare cover?

The standard transfer fare is per vehicle, with no separate toll, tax or booking charges. Requested detours off the assigned route cost 200 THB per hour. Short rest breaks on the route are free.

What if my flight is delayed?

Drivers and staff monitor flights and adjust pickup arrangements. For a very long delay, another driver may be assigned so a vehicle remains scheduled for your arrival. Provide your flight number and a reachable contact when booking.

Where do I meet the driver?

Use the airport meeting guide for BKK or DMK below. At a hotel, the meeting point may be reception. Follow the meeting instructions supplied with your booking.

Can I request a child seat or travel with a pet?

Request child seats in advance, giving the child’s age and size, and tell us if you are travelling with a pet. Contact the team to confirm suitability and any charge before booking.

Can I change or cancel a journey?

Cancellation is free with at least 48 hours’ notice before pickup. From 24 hours to less than 48 hours, the cancellation charge is 500 THB. With less than 24 hours’ notice, the full fare is charged and there is no refund. For airport arrivals, rescheduling is normally free with at least 4 hours’ notice before the original flight arrival time. With less than 4 hours’ notice, the rescheduling fee is 500 THB. For a journey that does not start with a flight arrival, contact the team to confirm the applicable arrangements before changing it. No-shows receive no refund. Cancellation and changes.
