Cancelling your journey

Cancellation is free with at least 48 hours’ notice before pickup. From 24 hours to less than 48 hours, the cancellation charge is 500 THB. With less than 24 hours’ notice, the full fare is charged and there is no refund.

Rescheduling your journey

For airport arrivals, rescheduling is normally free with at least 4 hours’ notice before the original flight arrival time. With less than 4 hours’ notice, the rescheduling fee is 500 THB. For a journey that does not start with a flight arrival, contact the team to confirm the applicable arrangements before changing it.

Missed flights and no-shows

No refund is due for a no-show, including a missed flight that you have not told us about. Flight delays monitored by our team are handled separately from an unreported missed flight.

Contact us as soon as plans change

Use the contact details on your booking confirmation, or contact the team. The earlier you get in touch, the more time there is to arrange changes.
