Your journey details

When you review a transfer request, your passenger and journey details are sent securely to our server. Sending the request saves your name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, pickup and drop-off addresses, and any flight number or special requests you provide. We use these details to handle your transfer request. Contact details are retained indefinitely and are accessible to Michael and the website owner.

A secure browser cookie lets you view your request receipt in the same browser. Passenger contact details are not saved in browser local or session storage. The receipt shows your journey, fare and separate trip and payment statuses; sending a request does not confirm your trip.

Page visits

Page addresses and journey search parameters are sent to the web server when you browse or compare routes. The server may record technical access information, such as your IP address and the requested page, to operate and protect the website. Avoid placing personal information in page addresses.

Contacting us

Email and telephone enquiries are handled through those communication services. Share only the information needed for your enquiry. Do not send card numbers or payment security codes by email.
