Your transfer fare
Prices are per vehicle in Thai baht, with no separate toll, tax or booking charges for the standard transfer. Fares are rounded to the nearest 5 THB.
Detours and rest breaks
Customer-requested detours off the assigned route cost 200 THB per hour. Short stops for rest breaks on the route are free. Discuss any route changes with the team in advance.
Flight delays
Drivers and staff monitor your flight. Pickup arrangements are adjusted for delays, including driver reassignment when needed, so a vehicle remains scheduled for your arrival.
Children, pets and luggage
Request child seats in advance and provide the child’s age and size so the team can check suitability and availability. Tell us about pets and excess or oversized luggage before booking. A larger vehicle or multiple vehicles can be arranged when required. Confirm any optional-service charge with the team.
Changes and cancellations
Cancellation is free with at least 48 hours’ notice before pickup. From 24 hours to less than 48 hours, the cancellation charge is 500 THB. With less than 24 hours’ notice, the full fare is charged and there is no refund. For airport arrivals, rescheduling is normally free with at least 4 hours’ notice before the original flight arrival time. With less than 4 hours’ notice, the rescheduling fee is 500 THB. For a journey that does not start with a flight arrival, contact the team to confirm the applicable arrangements before changing it. No-shows receive no refund.
