TRAVEL GUIDE

Bangkok journeys for business and leisure

Bangkok can mean meetings, shopping, cultural discoveries or time with family. Plan the transport around the purpose of your visit, with enough room for everyone travelling together.

Business journeys

Share the venue’s full address and your appointment time when discussing transport. Leave time for airport formalities and traffic. If colleagues arrive on different flights or need separate pickup points, explain the itinerary before requesting a quote.

Holidays and family travel

Choose your arrival airport and hotel, then compare vehicle capacities and fares. Count every traveller, including children, and request child seats ahead. Advise the team of extra luggage or a pushchair.

Groups and shared plans

A larger party may need more than one vehicle. Send the passenger count, luggage requirements and destinations together so the team can discuss suitable arrangements.

When plans change

Contact the team promptly with your original journey details and the requested change. Read the cancellation and rescheduling information before travelling. For an individual itinerary, get in touch with the dates and places you have in mind.
